The Notting Hill Carnival #9

This year there were 600,000 visitors. 215 people were arrested which was fewer than last year, but it accounted for the enormous police presence there and the boarded up shops. Luckily lots of people were using their DSLRs, so the photographers weren't automatically suspected of terrorism ^_^;;
