Partrishow church

Posted by
Hoshisato (Dippach, Luxembourg) on 11 April 2009 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

The first of my series taken in the Brecon Beacons National Park.

Partrishow church (13th and 16th century) is situated on the southern slopes of the Gader Range with a wonderful panoramic view of the lower Grwyne Fawr. The road to it is the most impossible road ever: steep, just one car wide, tall hedges on both sides and places to pass only every mile or so.

You are shooting digital now, but deep down, maybe even unbeknown to you, you want to try film and find out why so many happy people are still using it. If so, once you are ready to take the next step to being a happy photographer, visit my page dedicated to film photography here.

@Rags: Yes, I believe there is a service every Sunday.

Somehow I missed this one. It's wonderful, and well worth the trouble to get there. The greens and the daffodils are refreshing.
