Treacherous roads

Yesterday it took only 15cm of snow for London to come to a grinding halt with no buses, no tubes, no trains, no taxis, closed airports and closed off motorways. Amazing, especially when considering that the snow had been forecast two days in advance and should not have come as a surprise to anybody. How ready is the UK for climate change, really?
