Winter landscape

Posted by Hoshisato (Ealing, United Kingdom) on 12 November 2008 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

With the winter approaching I felt like having another look at the photos I took last Christmas in Holland, I already posted two images of that photo shoot here earlier (here and here), but as you could have guessed, I took loads of photos that day. ^_^

Details: I used a Y(K2) yellow filter to increase the contrast and over-exposed 1 stop to correct the built-in lightmeter which would have turned all snow into a neutral grey.

Thanks for all your comments, please keep them coming. You will do me a great favour by visiting my black and white gallery or blog. For my trip reports, please visit my Travel Blog page.

I'll be in NL for the holidays if I can make it through the forecast snowstorms, see you in 2010! Update: I've not been able to reach Dover for two days in a row now, P&O ferries are not able to take any calls, I have no idea when I'll manage to make it to NL ^_^;;
