Mood impressions #2

Posted by Hoshisato (Ealing, United Kingdom) on 30 October 2008 in People & Portrait and Portfolio.

Still trying to get to the essence of the subject. Read the description of yesterday's photo to see what I'm trying to attempt in this short series of photos.

BTW: I'm a big fan of the work of Yamasaki Ko-ji who, as far as I know, remains unpublished and an amateur photographer; his photos drill straight down to the essence of Japan, time and time again and I have nothing but respect for his work and I'd be happy to buy a collection of his work.

Thanks for all your comments, please keep them coming. You will do me a great favour by visiting my black and white gallery or blog. For my trip reports, please visit my Travel Blog page.
