I'm on vacation!

Just putting this sunflower up that I photographed in Magome, Japan, while we are in the car heading for the Alpes-Maritimes in Southern France for a two week holiday.
Using the Aminus3.com feature to post in advance, I have put up some photos I rediscovered at my parents' house. The first series consists of photos my father took some forty or fifty years ago and I think they're pretty good. In the same box of negatives I also found some photos I had taken of some old trains some 30 years ago and photos of my first trip to the USA 22 years ago. Revisit this blog for a lot of vintage photos coming up in the next two weeks. I would really recommend everybody to dig through those boxes with old negatives, no doubt they contain many a treasure. ^_^
