Aquarelle

Posted by Hoshisato (Ealing, United Kingdom) on 10 June 2008 in People & Portrait and Portfolio.

We arrived early in Gujo-Hachiman and I was nursing a head-ache so I sat down in a quiet alley for a while away from the cars and busy road. By chance the alley was filled with an aquarelle class painting the scenic alley. We chatted a bit with the person in the photo and after he took my photo, I asked him to pose with his painting. Of course I missed a big chance as I should have asked him to turn and have the scene in the painting in the background of the photo. Still cursing myself for that missed opportunity. ^_^;;

I'll be in NL for the holidays if I can make it through the forecast snowstorms, see you in 2010! Update: I've not been able to reach Dover for two days in a row now, P&O ferries are not able to take any calls, I have no idea when I'll manage to make it to NL ^_^;;
